Day 6
Today we watched that video on the post-traumatic stress disorder and I still probably wont understand how difficult it is to go through something like that but oh man it sounds bad! Before the video I was aware of this disorder but only because of the movie Brothers staring Toby Mcguire and Jake Gillenhoff. Unfortunately that was the only knowledge of this disorder I had, the soldiers must really be struggling through this, and at lunch I helped out at the booth. To prepare for tomorrow, I made a goal to get people to turn in their letters and to finish them on the spot.

Day 4
Today in class I went to two classes with my group and discussed the process for writing a letter. I always thought I'd be chill talking in front of a large group of people but I actually found myself kinda nervous. I was afraid that if someone was to ask me a question I wouldn't know how to respond but my group did pretty good, we got to the point and said what was needed. At lunch I went around making sure people have written their letters or at least if they've been informed of our project. To prepare for tomorrow I will better learn the rules because I know that the letter has to be one-sided and hand written but I'm sure there are more rules like that. Today I realized that there are a lot of rude careless people out there which sucks!!

Day 3
Today i was stuck in the stupid waiting room at Kaiser Permanente wasting my time but when i get home i heard my sister, a freshman. that has no idea that its our class doing this for the soldiers, telling my dad how excited she was because she wrote her letter today and that he should write one too and wondering if the soldier recieving her letter is a boy or girl, or will they write back.. that right there made me realize what a difference this is going to make.

Day 1
What I did for the betterment of the project was in class I was able to complete 3 of the posters and then during 5th period I wrote a paragraph so that we could try to have it published in the Eagle's Quil by next week. And I also prepared myself for tomorrow by going to Operation Gratitude's website and got inform, watched videos, and read the rules. Ready to write my letter already!!
